The following lists contain the names of the dealers who are prima facie eligible for Deemed Assessment for the Financial Year 2010-11, u/s 47A of the WBVAT Act, 2003. The lists are displayed without prejudice to any detailed scrutiny that may be undertaken in future to find out the actual eligibility of a dealer. In case of doubt, the dealer is requested to contact the assessing officer. The Commercial Taxes Directorate does not take any responsibility for any error in the list.
