Charge Officers are the single window contact to the dealers for all issues. Instead of trying to figure out the concerned section/officer or writing directly to the Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (CCT), dealers should write/email to the respective Charges. A copy of the mail may be sent to CCT if required. Charge should get the matter processed and reply to the dealer.
